General:
It is always a good idea to have the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer installed, this can be found at:

Video Help:
You need the latest version of the Macromedia Flash plugin to run these videos. It can be obtained from:

These vidoes contain a voice over, to hear it ensure your speakers are plugged in and turned up to a suitable level.

If you cannot see all of the video try viewing the smaller version instead. The large videos will need a screen resolution of at least 1024x768 to be usable. The smaller videos are reduced in size to only 640x480.

Although the videos should work with any type of Internet connection you way find that they take a very long time to start and that they are often interupted if you are using a dial up connection. Any broadband connection or faster will be fine.
