PDMTracker NextStep Overview

	PDM Tracker for NextStep has been designed specifically for NextStep contractors. The setup of the system is flexible so that all sub-contractors involved in the delivery have access to their own data, and the Lead Administrator can batch upload to the LSC without any complex file manipulation tasks. Management reporting by sub-contractor or overall contract is also made easy.
	The system records Clients and any interventions including Advice Sessions and Impact Measures. If required any soft outcomes can also be recorded.
	Users can easily find details of Clients and instantly see the details of what sessions have already been provided.
	Telephone follow up - we also have available a separate system for recording follow ups - this gives the person carrying out the follow up access only to change the data that would be appropriate to change at the time of the follow up.
	The whole system is very easy to use, with a simple screen layout, and clean printouts of the critical information.
